After our morning run Sydney came with me to the animal shelter where I volunteer. "Auntie Sue," as she calls herself, has been joking about putting Sydney to work before she was even born. Saturday morning Sue put Sydney to work. Sydney started by choosing her mop.
That mop wasn't good enough; Sydney switched to the one Mommy prefers. A new mop head makes all the difference. We often joke that when someone brings a new mop head, it's like Christmas.
Sydney helps put mops away when the floor was done.
Auntie Sue showed Sydney how to use the vacuum so she could help de-fur the cat furniture.
Sydney only needs to be showed once. She took on the vacuuming by herself.
After the work was done, Sydney had fun playing with Dylan, the office dog.
