Monday night was a fun night at our house. Sydney came home from Miss Lottie's house today with a puppy sticker. She evidently wanted to share it with Fi. While chasing Fi behind the couch, she found a toy she hasn't played with in a while in her toy bucket. The Learning Puppy was a favorite a few months back but she hasn't paid much attention to it recently. Well, Monday night it became the centerpiece for Sydney's Dance Party. She's very selective with the songs she chooses; she just skips past the ones she doesn't want to hear.
Sydney roped Daddy into her dance party. "Head, Shoulders, Knees and Toes" was the song of choice this evening, and she's starting to get what it's all about. (In case you're wondering about the gigantic box in the living room, our carpet cleaner broke and Bissell is replacing it for us, but we needed to ship the old one back first. So I bought a box at Uhaul that was way too big and has now become a fun tunnel for kiddos and kitties alike.)
